FRANKINCENSE CO2 EXTRACT OIL

Description : Frankincense oil is pale yellow-green in color and has a woody, spicy, haunting aroma with slightly camphoric yet pleasant notes. It is extracted from the resin of the Boswellia tree using the CO2 extraction method.

Constituents : Its main components are α-pinene, octanol, linalool, octyl acetate, bornyl acetate, incensole and incensyl acetate.

Uses : Frankincense oil is commonly used as an antiseptic, astringent, carminative, digestive aid, diuretic, sedative and tonic. It is also used for colic, intestinal gas and inhalation therapy.
