Description : Holy Basil Essential Oil (Ocimum sanctum) is also commonly known as Tulsi, Tulasi, and Thulasi. Holy Basil Essential Oil has a strong, warm, spicy, and sweet aroma presenting a top fragrance note. Holy Basil Essential Oil is part of the Rocky Mountain Oils Wellness collection. This basil is considered a sacred herb in India, where it is planted around doorways to banish evil spirits. In various parts of the Orient it is planted around temples, and used in prayer beads. It is also known as the “Queen of Herbs” and the “Mother Medicine of Nature.”
