Description : 
Gingergrass is native to India and commonly cultivated in many countries including Nepal. The grass source of this essential oil is very fragrant, the distillation of which began in the eighteenth century. The scent of gingergrass has been described in a number of ways, including earthy, warm, woodsy, sharp, spicy, peppery, lemony, and clean. Gingergrass oil mixes well with a variety of other scents, including rosewood, bergamot, lemon, lemongrass, lavender, sandalwood, cedarwood, and other essential oils.


Constituents :
 geraniol, farnesol, geranyl acetate, methylheptenone, citronellol, citral, dipentene and limonene.


Uses :
 Gingergrass Essential Oil can be used in stress relief aromatherapy or inhaled to uplift mood. The oil is commonplace in massage therapy and is easily used in the bath or shower by placing a few drops in the bottom of the tub. Simply mix 5 drops of gingergrass essential oil with 2.5ml of almond oil and massage onto your temples and wrists to fight off fatigue, anxiety, stress and depression.
