Extraction Method

:The oil is steam distilled from the dried seed. Seeds may or may not be crushed before distillation. 


Description : Carrot oil is extracted from the seeds of plants using Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction. This extraction process is done at below 35 degrees celsius and only 99.9% of food grade carbon dioxide is used as solvent, leaving no residual or chemical changes during production.


Constituents : The composition of carrot seed oil consists of 23 components; some are camphene, a-terpinene, terpinene-4-ol, a-terpineol, bornyl acetate, y-decanolactone, etc.


Uses : Carrot oil is one of the best oils for mature skin and believed to stimulate cell growth by removing toxins providing skin a more toned, smooth and youthful appearance.


Benefit : Carrot oil is helpful for arthritis, gout, edema, rheumatism and the accumulation of toxins in muscles and joints.
