Description : Oregano essential oil is a part of the the mint family. Oregano oil is produced from the oregano plant through the process of steam distillation.


Constituents : carvacrol (share 40–70%), gamma-terpinene (8–10%), alpha, pinene, myrcene, thymol, p-cymene (5–10%), flavonoids, caffeic acid derivatives


Common Names : Origanum oil, Wild Marjoram

Property : It is rubefacient, anthelmintic, analgesic, antirheumatic, antispasmodic, antitoxic, antiseptic, antiviral, carminative, choleretic, cytophylactic, bactericidal, diaphoretic, expectorant, fungicidal, febrifuge, parasiticide, stimulant, tonic.
