Description : The genus Helichrysum consists of an estimated 600 species of flowering plants in the sunflower family. The type species is Helichrysum orientale. It occurs in Africa, Madagascar, Australasia and Eurasia. Helichrysum italicum essential oil, also known as Immortelle, is revered for its unparalleled regenerative and protective benefits in skin care as well as its anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties.
