Description

Carrot Seed Oil is extracted from the seeds of the plant using Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction. This process is carried out below 35°C and only 99.9% food grade carbon dioxide is used as a solvent, leaving no residual or chemical changes during production.

Constituents

The composition of carrot seed oil consists of 23 components including camphene, a-terpinene, terpinene-4-ol, a-terpineol, bornyl acetate and y-decanolactone.

Uses

Carrot oil is considered one of the best oils for mature skin and is believed to stimulate cell growth by removing toxins, helping provide smoother, toned and youthful-looking skin.
