Description

Catnip, also known as Cat Mint, is a whitish-gray plant with the scientific name Nepeta Cataria. Catnip is a well known medicinal herb used for the treatment of many ailments. These medicinal properties come from the Catnip oil, such as Nepetalactone, Valeric Acid, Geraniol, Monoterpene, Nepetalic Anhydride, Citral, Limonene, Dispentine, Thymol, Citronella, Caryophyllene, Nerol, Bio Flavonoids, Nepetalic Acid, and carotenoids.

Uses

By diluting it with a carrier oil (such as coconut, jojoba or almond oil), gently rub the diluted catnip oil onto your abdominal area in circular motions for digestion-related problems, such as indigestion, acid reflux, bloating, diarrhea and formation of stomach ulcers.
