Description : Laurel Leaf Essential Oil is sourced from laurel tree originating in european and eastern Mediterranean countries. The evergreen tree reaches after five years and yields around 10 kg of leaves per season. These leaves are steam distilled to get about 100-140 g of essential oil, which has in it anti-fungal, antiseptic and anti-bacterial properties.

Constituents : 30% fatty oils & about 1% essential oils comprising terpenes, alcohols, sesquiterpenes, and ketones.

Common Names : Bay Leaf Essential Oil, Bay Rum, Bay Oil.
Uses : Laurel Leaf Essential Oil has in it anti-fungal, antisepticand anti bacterial and is used for treating acne pimples, scars, boils and scabies.

Benefit : It also acts as a tonic to hair and aiding with dandruff along with for stimulating hair growth.
